This… is the most frustrating thing about doing my Years of Instants. Especially about putting together the anthologies for anyone who wants them.

Because I usually have one or more fanficcy stories in there, I can’t legally expect money out of them, but…

I’d like to get some?

Each one of my Years of Instants is a literal year of my life. Waking up every morning. Weaving a story out of whatever prompt happens to be at the top of my list that day.

And there are days when the words fight, or my brain can’t focus on making a sentence, or I just… can’t… but I make a story anyway. They’re not all winners. They’re not all… good…

But in honour of the good ones.

In honour of the days where I try so hard and break my heart behind the scenes.

In honour of all the times where you might have hit the ‘like’ button on one of them.

Please.

At least pay a fuckin’ dollar for the damn thing.
