The duo of Osine Ikhianosime and Anesi Ikhianosime have rekindled
hope in the future of nigeria as they entered their names in the
catalogue of application developers when they built a mobile web browser
that is already in use globally. Osine Ikhianosime 13, and Anesi
Ikhianosime 15 who co-developed ‘Crocodile Browser Lite’ were born of
same parents and both are Year nine and 11 students of Greensprings
School, Anthony Campus, Lagos. While both brothers write code, Anesi
designs the user interface.
Osine Ikhianosine and Anesi Ikhianosime
Osine and Anesi launched the mobile browser on the Mobango app store
before moving to Google Play Store to try and reach a wider audience. As
you read this piece, the browser currently has around 100 to 500
downloads and they do not have ads in the app yet. They both began
developing an Android web browser, which they named Crocodile Browser
Lite, about a year ago out of boredom.
Due to their strong interest in technology, they decided to create a
functional, fast browser for feature and low end phones because,
according to them, “We were fed up with Google Chrome.” Osine who told
TechCabal in his pitch mail said: ‘’I write the code, my brother designs
it.”
Born April 28, 2001, his interest in computers began at age seven. It
was also at this age that he and his brother, Anesi Ikhianosime, who
was 9 at the time, came up with the idea of starting a company.
Recalling how it started, Osine said, they first named it ‘Doors’
with Microsoft’s Windows, but when they discovered that the name was
already in use, they had to change the name to BluDoors. Relating his
experience, Osine said: ‘’When we decided to learn to code at age 12 and
14 respectively, I didn’t let my uncle’s belief that it would be a
tough feat to achieve deter me.”
On his part, Anesi said: “I learnt to code by myself. I started in
2013, I used sites like Code Academy, Code Avengers and books like
‘Android for Game Development’ and ‘Games for Dummies’,” said Anesi.
Meanwhile their mother, Mrs Ngozi Ikhianosime, who is a Mathematics
teacher said: “Osine could already use a PC before he could read at age
three. It is all he does since he learnt to code.”
The mother who ascribed the success to Greensprings Schools, said
students of the school have access to computer and internet facilities,
just as personal laptops are made available to each of them at home.
“After Anesi is through with his secondary school education, he will
attend A levels, after which he will go to MIT in Boston for his first
degree, because the university has the facilities he needs to learn.”
She said.
Their father Mr Philip Ikhianosime, who is the Head of Management
Services and Human Resource Manager at an Insurance Company says the
boys developed interest in PC usage very early. He agrees as well, that
his children’s school is very instrumental in their continued interest
in programming.
Anesi says that he’d like to develop another app that solves real
social problems, such as traffic and communication. The brothers are
releasing a new version of Crocodile Browser Lite 3.0 this April.
Sean Evans - Backbone: A long, intense version of Papyrus’s theme, has a frantic sort of feel. Also incorporates some bits of Megalovania to occasionally stab you in the heart. Or maybe that’s just me whenever someone blends the brothers’ themes together.
Bees? - Knives: Another Dummy cover but I NEVER GET TIRED OF THEM. A bit slower than most.
chasingfireflies - ENTRY NUMBER SEVENTEEN: More Gaster covers! I’m endlessly delighted by how many remixes there are for an incredibly simple secret song that never actually shows up during the game. ANYWAY this one is pretty intense and also mixes in Amalgam and a few other skelethemes.
zafire dragoon - Spider Swing: Man there’s a word for this type of mix and I can’t remember it… electroswing I think? Either way fun times, haha.
Ben Briggs - Tem Shop: More hyper Temmie remixes because I love Temmies, I love them so much.
OMNI - Dog Song: AS ABOVE gonna take the annoying dog to the club
DM DOKURO - Reality Check Through the Skull: Starts out misleading slowly and then gets super intense. I love hearing Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans in unexpected places, haha. Combines themes in some glitchy ways.
Axwell /\ Ingrosso - Sun is Shining (Sans): Okay technically this isn’t a remix, it’s Sans’s voice bips covering an actual song but I don’t care, this song is great and I love this version. I had plans to draw something for it but I never got around to it. Done by the same person who did the Drop Pop Candy cover!
NyxtheShield released an album of melancholy piano covers called Under the Skyline that you should definitely check out, but if you’re only going to listen to one, make sure to listen to their version of His Theme, which has some absolutely heartbreaking lyrics. They also did a second album called Two Sides which has a likewise brutal version of Asgore, sob. And an extremely eerie version of Gaster’s theme.
Yan Ade - Megalovania (Fandom medley): This is for dorks admittedly but this combines a whole bunch of different little references into one big Megalovania remix. Try to identify them all!
Giga-P - Okochama Sensou (Sans & Papyrus): Okay again this isn’t actually a remix, it’s a cover of an existing song using Sans and Papyrus’s voice bips again done by the same person who did Drop Pop Candy, but I’d feel weird not including this considering I made a fullscale animated flash video for this song not too long ago and it’s burned into my consciousness.
Gooseworx - Dummy! (Cover): This one has a nice kind of shuffle-y feel to it, haha. Also love the piano noodling.
Catboss. - MEGADANCEVANIA: This one is a long, fun medley with themes coming in and out when you least expect it. Some of the transitions in this are great, I can’t help but smile.
SharaX - Megalotrousle: As mentioned above if you want to sock me in the heart, just combine Papyrus and Sans’s themes together. I am the biggest sucker in the world for it, it brings up all these emotions and aaaaa. THEIR THEMES GO TOGETHER SO WELL AAAAAA
Malcolm Brown - Save Our Souls: Oh man if the slow beginning to this doesn’t get me so pumped and then when the big climax hits and the guitar starts it’s just, aaaaaa
Mykah - Bonetrousle (Mykah Chiptune Dance Remix): This version is so fun and dancy but my favorite part is a little interlude where it drops out and you can hear Papyrus’s voice bips as he talks. I love him so much I LOVE SOUND EFFECTS IN REMIXES, THEY ARE MY FAVORITE THING
DM Vs. POCKET - uNDeRWoRLD MoNaRCHy: Actually DM DOKURO released an album called The Underground Radio which has some great stuff on it if you haven’t checked out their stuff before. I love this version of Asgore’s theme though, weirdly it was this version that first made me realize how the game over theme is incorporated into his theme!
MandoPony - They Need A Monster: This is actually an original song for Mettaton but it’s super catchy and it also captures Mettaton like perfectly, haha.
Orquesta de Música Popular from Concepción
- Asgore: AND ANOTHER WITH A REAL ORCHESTRA ALL THE WAY IN CHILE the international appeal of undertale is one of the coolest things in the world to me you don’t even know
Jisho23 - Alphys (Orchestrated): i love her theme so much and aaaa when it swells up ;_; I still think you could do an incredibly sad ballad with her theme if you tried.
Somehow I don’t think I’d make a great barbarian or fighter. Note: I answered no to everything I wasn’t sure about.
STR: 6 INT: 13 WIS: 13 DEX: 9 CHR: 13 CON: 8
Interesting? I do think that some of these are skewed due lack of opportunity and such, though.
STR: 11 INT: 17 WIS: 12 DEX: 6 CON: 9 CHR: 12
Somebody tell me what this means I’m supposed to be doing with my life. (Other than “anything but acrobat, ballet dancer or bomb disarmament squad.” I got that bit.)
Off the top of my head I think you would make a great wizard as they rely on high INT to cast spells. Just….leave the lockpicking to the party rogue, okay?
… This is why I hate the tactics and operations side of things so much, isn’t it.
Maybe you could dual-class as a wizard-bard, make that CHR do some work. (tho really, what you are doing now seems like it makes great use of your 3 highest stats)
Me, I’m just uhh… going to stay well back from all the melee weapons. And the ranged ones. Maybe I’ll just stay back at the inn and write letters or something.
STR:6 INT:17 WIS:14 DEX:11 CON:5 CHR:11
I always wanted to be a wizard priest.
STR:8 INT:17 WIS:14 DEX:7 CON:6 CHR:9
Shit. What do I do?
With that spread, I’d go sorcerer. But a social/skill-based sorcerer instead of a blasty one, since your dex is a bit low. Or you could make a decent paladin.
STR: 6 INT: 15 WIS: 14 DEX: 9 CON: 6 CHR: 10
Soooo… witch?
STR: 10 INT: 13 WIS: 12 DEX: 12 CON: 13 CHR: 16
I guess I’d make an okay Bard or something?
this was fun!
STR: 8 INT: 17 WIS: 15 DEX: 9 CON: 14 CHR: 11
Im guessing some sort of Mage because high INT and WIS, but the low DEX and STR and CHR with the above average CON makes me think I’m some kind of hermit Mage who lives off the land and is good at surviving off nothing and does spells in a gibberish language who scares travelers off my land like some kind of angry old lady troll sorceress
STR: 13 INT: 13 WIS: 12 DEX: 13 CON: 12 CHR: 10
Balanced af, and I don’t know at all :<
What the hell do I do with this shit?
STR: 12
INT: 13
WIS: 12

What am I???
Str: 10 Int: 13 Wis: 13 Dex: 10 Con: 4 Chr: 15
STR: 7 INT:17 WIS:10 DEX:15 CON:9 CHR: 14
Heh. What would I be? Possibly Mage of some sort, maybe?
STR: 7 INT:13 WIS:14 DEX:11 CON:11 CHR: 13
whatdoidowhatdoido?
STR: 15 INT: 17 WIS: 16 DEX: 13 CON: 8 CHR: 13
… now what?
