An eco-friendly idea that could be a thing?

Consider this:

Solar dirigibles. [Yes, I know we’re running out of helium, but consider the concept at least. If we get that fusion thing licked, we could have loads of helium byproduct]

I leave it to better engineers than I to figure out the minutia, but ponder:

1) We can print solar panels with the same tech used to create plastic money
2) Which also means that a solar dirigible can also be made out of 100% recycled and recyclable materials
3) It’ll look like an alternate history out there! WHEEE!
