I need to know what error message you get and which browser you’re using [we all know the system default browsers are rubbish, right?] in an effort to get to the bottom of this.
I just tried the incognito window trick and it seems to be working okay from my end.
All I can think of otherwise is clearing your cookies and trying anew.
