Hey, I just wanted to warny out hat the post your reblogged about the doxxed kid was very aphobic (by implying all aces doxx gay people/ace people can't be lgbt+ because of this individual's actions). It is kind of you to reblog something to help a doxxed minor fleeing home, but if you're worried about not sending out an aphobic persona, I would reblog it with some kind of acknowledgement to that fact.

Thanks for the heads-up, Nonny. I made the mistake of reblogging that one in a hurry and not parsing the entire argument [I am still blind to a lot of dog whistles and I frequently miss some elements of subtext. I’m still working on that]. I am not aphobic or anything of the ilk. If I happen to reblog that post again, any statement I make will be along the lines of being anti-cruelty. Outing anyone without their permission is a bad thing. It was bad to doxx those other kids, it was bad to be cruel to the ace kid.

We need more patience and understanding all around, I think, within the entire LGBTIAQ community.

Some people will insist on being horrible, regardless of colour/identity/sexuality. I’m just trying my best to not be a horrible person and hoping some folk take the good example to heart.

Can everyone love and support each other and try their hardest to look out for people? For a change?
