As someone who is currently on the extremely long an difficult road to becoming a psychiatrist, I am incredibly disturbed by the fact that you thought, as someone with minimal education about mental health in general (a few college classes is not enough to truly understand mental health and how to take care of it), it was okay for you to give advice to strangers about their mental health.
